Anthropic manages web subscription billing; Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment methods and receipts for their respective apps. Subscription management and refund instructions depend on where you purchased.

Google Play’s public listing is an in-app purchase range, not a named plan’s monthly fee. Store prices may include local tax; web tax depends on actual billing information and checkout.

Declines, cancellation and refunds
For a declined payment, read the exact error from the card issuer, store or Anthropic and verify real billing details. Web purchasers can review Settings → Billing; app-store purchasers should inspect their Apple or Google account and receipt. Do not use a fabricated tax-free address.
