Check official availability first
Anthropic’s supported-locations list is the first source for Claude access and may change. Its getting-started guide says users must be in a supported location. Account creation also has phone and email requirements.
A region appearing in an App Store or Google Play price list does not mean anyone elsewhere is eligible to open an account there.
If you see “unsupported region”
Save the exact message and confirm whether your actual location is on the official list. Note whether the error appears in Claude web, Claude Code or store checkout. Do not misstate a billing address or disguise your location. If you are genuinely in a supported region and still see an error, contact official support with the specific message.
An account disabled notice belongs to the appeal flow, not a regional price discussion.
How to use the price table
Our price-by-country table shows verified App Store Pro and Max monthly list prices, dated FX estimates and Google Play in-app ranges. It answers what a storefront lists, not who may sign up there. Check the source, tax notes and final checkout. For payment channels, use the billing guide.
Frequently asked questions
Does an App Store Claude price prove the country is supported?
No. Check Anthropic’s official locations and your actual access eligibility separately from storefront prices.
What should I do with an unsupported-region error?
Check the exact message, your actual location and the current official list. Contact official support if you qualify but still see an error.
Can a different billing address establish access eligibility?
No. Use accurate information and follow Anthropic’s supported-location rules.
